A few weeks ago we had a short but very nice trip with Benny Sings in Germany. We played in some lovely clubs in Erfurt, Berlin and Leipzig and met very nice people. There was snow also.
This is a new Benny Sings track that appeared on his recently released ‘Best Of’ album. It was chosen as one of the most ‘slept on songs of 2012’..
Besides Benny on vocals and probably guitar, you can hear Tim Dudek on drums, Mark van Bruggen on bass, Gijs Anders van Straalen on pitched percussion, Claus Tofft on percussion, Bart Suèr on saxophone and me on keyboards. I’m especially proud of my well timed Solina string notes.
My new year’s resolution was to start cleaning my house. Didn’t do it yet, instead I made a ‘bonne année 2013’ song with the same analog tools as before. Happy new year! Bonne année à tous! Een gelukzalig nieuwjaar aan allen!
And on the Last Saturday Night Of The Year 2012 I once again made a jam with some analog synth stuff. I promise to make more real songs in 2013 too.

Peter Vandrie released his debut album ‘Not Like Bones’ last week. I’m very honored and proud to have played keyboards/synthesizers on that record. It has become a very quiet, atmospheric but still edgy pop album and probably the least funky one I’ve ever played on. And I love it. This here below is one of my favorite tracks..
